As a courtesy to our clients that keep their apportionment times, we reserve the right to reschedule all appointments arriving 30 minutes late or more.
A $10 fee will be added to all appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late .
Our goal is to provide exceptional pet grooming while creating a comfortable, stress free process for both pet and owner.
Grooming can be very stressful for dogs and cats - especially puppies, kittens, and elderly pets. We do our best to maintain a stress free environment.
